About the role
This position provides operational and business support to the Fleet Administrator and workshop staff in the management of Council’s plant and vehicle fleet. It will provide business functions including administrative support to staff, exhibit excellent customer service and have proven Information Technology skills as well as exceptional oral and written abilities.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field
- Demonstrated experience in office administration environment
- High level verbal and solid written communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and ability to work without supervision
- Ability to work within a small team and take initiative
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Internet and Email)
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Knowledge or experience in working in a vehicle servicing/repair centre
- Knowledge and or experience using a computerised vehicle fleet system
- Experience with the technology one suite of products
Salary: From $56,400 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation. A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with the skills, qualifications and experience of the preferred applicant.
