    We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated ICT professional to join our dedicated ICT Systems team.

    As ICT Applications Support Analyst you will be responsible for the management, support and maintenance of Council’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sharepoint 365 application suite.

    The ICT Applications Support Administrator – D365 and SharePoint, is required to take ownership of the customer support lifecycle by delivering an experience that our customers remember through:

    • Identification and recommendation for continuous improvement and enhancements.

    Essential Criteria:

    • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology computer science, business or a relevant field.
    • Demonstrated experience as a functional consultant and the ability to configure, support and administer Council’s Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint systems.
    • Extensive experience in customer management and customer engagement.
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and experience in designing efficient Dynamics365 and SharePoint solutions.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with all organisational levels
    • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet agreed deadlines.
    • Demonstrated commitment to Work Health and Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity.

    Desirable Criteria:

    • Microsoft Certified for Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.
    • Understanding of Microsoft stack eg Office 365, Power Apps, Power BI and Reporting.
    • Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
    • A good understanding of the role and use of IT in Local Government and relevant technology trends
    • Understanding of the ITIL framework or the ability to rapidly acquire a sound understanding of the ITIL framework.

    Commencing Salary:  $86,100 per annum, commensurate with the skills, qualifications and experience of the preferred applicant. Further salary progression is available under Council's Salary Administration System.
