Information and Communications Technology is responsible for the provision of ICT services across the organisation through business solutions, infrastructure/systems integration, spatial information systems, project management, internal ICT customer service and strategy delivery.

About the role
Penrith City Council is embarking on a 4-year ERP Program to integrate and automate end-to-end business processes across various technology platforms, requiring an Integration Specialist to work with a partner to design, develop, and support solutions for systems like Technology One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and UKG (Kronos) HRMS.
Essential criteria
- Tertiary qualification in computer science, business or a relevant field
- Proved experience in integration technologies, including the Microsoft Azure integration stack, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics/CRM architecture, design and development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organisational levels
- Proven experience in delivery of software/digital projects
- Experience in the preparation of system specifications and documentation
- Working effectively under pressure and prioritising activities
Desirable criteria
- Experience with local government related software
- Experience in the preparation of system specifications and documentation
- Skills in new technology evaluation, product and vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement management.
Salary: The salary for this position ranges from $125,617.00 to $145,407.00 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation, and will be negotiated commensurate with the skills, qualifications and experience of the preferred applicant.
You will be required to undertake employment checks, which may include a Criminal History Check, Qualification Check, Working with Children Check, Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test, as relevant to the position for which you have applied. Where a Criminal History Check is required and has returned a result that indicates disclosable court outcomes, you will be required to provide a copy of the report to Penrith City Council, for review, in order to progress through the recruitment process.
