City Presentation delivers a range of services that provide clean, well-presented public spaces in the Penrith Local Government Area. About the role
This position is responsible for high level technical support to City Presentation Coordinators and Outdoor staff members for Council’s Field Services System, Customer Relationship Management Software and Contractor portal. This position will provide the following business functions which include high quality ICT support, system administration, reporting, create and manage performance dashboards, administrative support, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and maintaining efficient workflow.
Essential criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in Field Services or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platforms.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the delivery of quality information technology support.
- Sound knowledge of Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
- High level verbal and solid written communication skills.
- Demonstrated sound organisational and time management skills with the ability to priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Current Class C driver licence.
Salary: The salary for this position ranges from $83,341.00 - $96,471.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation, and will be negotiated commensurate with the skills, qualifications and experience of the preferred applicant.
You will be required to undertake employment checks, which may include a Criminal History Check, Qualification Check, Working with Children Check, Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test, as relevant to the position for which you have applied. Where a Criminal History Check is required and has returned a result that indicates disclosable court outcomes, you will be required to provide a copy of the report to Penrith City Council, for review, in order to progress through the recruitment process.
